The Palms, Kamala Beach - Sha Extra Plus

The staff at the Palms, Kamala Beach, is very helpful and accommodating. the breakfast is generous and delicious, offering a variety of Thai dishes and fresh eggs. the location of the hotel is excellent, being close to popular attractions like the Phi Phi Islands, the beach, and many restaurants and shops. the hotel is conveniently situated only 4 kilometers away from the National Show Center.

The location was fantastic and incredible, short walk to the Kamala shopping district, restaurants, massage and of course that wonderful beach and Thailand😀❤

Great location, right next to a cafe or restaurant 🍴. the staff here are super friendly and welcoming.

Impeccably clean and wonderful place and the breakfast was generous. The hotel's location was marvellous, short walk to the local bars and restaurants. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Kamala Rock Beach.

We needed to have lift.

Room to improve the cleanliness of the complex, i.e. around the pool and play room

I greatly enjoyed this central hotel and can definitely recommend it. My 13-night stay was great, it was in a central location close to shops. the hotel was also near restaurants, massage places, and, of course, that wonderful beach.

Friendly staff, calm and relaxing environment, clean, very nice and spacious apartement. We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms.

The administration needs improvement

Perfectly clean and the staff was fantastic friendly and extremely friendly. The room was good value for money and large with safe for safety measures. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, supermarkets and other service providing shops, supermarkets and the local bars and restaurants. Tried some nice meals at Aew Seafood Resterant, located easy walk to the venue.

The hotel was perfectly clean. Everyone was excellent friendly and amicable. We had a generous and satisfactory breakfast, truly enjoyed the meal with fresh eggs. the location of this hotel just next door to the Palms was excellent and unbeatable.

Nice rooms for families with children,pool, good location

Breakfast should be better

the apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 toiletes and a kitchen, and dvd in the living room so that was very nice.

they made us paid the minute we arrive to the hotel, when we wanted a taxi to go to the airport they offered it 200 bth more expensive than in any other place.

Stayed here for 13 nights and had a really comfy time. the central location was awesome - it made it super easy to find great places to eat or grab a drink nearby. 🌟 Lots of bars and restaurants around to choose from! .

Poolside rooms

Loud music being played poolside was annoying.

the staff was very helpful. They offered many tips abt getting around and where to go. The size of the apt was perfect. Dinner menu was great.

They need to install a microwave in the kitchen. Also, breakfast starts a little late so if you are early birds like us, you either have to go out for breakfast or wait till abt 8:30. The selection for breakfast was decent but could be better
